      FDA to Move Smokers Towards Less Harmful E-cigarettes

      Friday 28th July 2017 (Reuters), the U.S. government announced it proposal to cut nicotine in cigarettes to "non-addictive" levels. This major regulatory change is aimed at moving smokers toward less harmful e-cigarettes and to render tobacco cigarettes minimally addictive.
