Liberty Flights specialise in offering our customers quality e-cigarette products that work effectively to give the user the sensation of using a real cigarette. E-cigarettes provide an alternative to smoking ‘traditional’ or ‘real’ cigarettes. E-cigarettes are often also referred to as e-cigs, electronic cigarettes, vape pens or as we call them, personal vaporizers.

Vaping an e-cigarette is not smoking. E-cigarettes come in many shapes and forms and are powered by automatic or manual batteries. E-cigarettes produce vapour, not smoke.

The vapour is produced when the heating element, the atomizer in the e-cigarette is heated by the battery than then vaporises the e-liquid contained in the clearomizer, cap, pod or cartridge which is then inhaled by the user.

The e-liquid used in the e-cigarette comes in a variety of flavours and nicotine strengths and types. Check out XO brand of e-liquids.

E-cigarettes are considerably cheaper than traditional cigarettes, our modest calculations show that they are at least, over 70% cheaper than cigarettes and the cost of smoking is only rising. For example, an average Australian 'packet a day' smoker would save six to seven thousand dollars a year by switching to vaping an e-cigarette.

E-cigarettes are now a global phenomenon with an estimated 10+ million people using them. Current research is showing promising evidence of the effectiveness of vaping in helping smokers to reduce their dependence on traditional cigarettes.

The UK Royal College of Physicians report in April 2016 from the Tobacco Advisory Group came out strongly in favour of the use of e-cigarettes as a substitute for tobacco smoking.

In August 2015 Public Health England published a report stating that based on the evidence e-cigarettes have the potential to make a significant contribution to the endgame of tobacco. "The current best estimate is that e-cigarette use is around 95% less harmful to health than smoking."

The Auckland University e-cigarette study published in The Lancet, one of the world's most respected and well known medical journals evaluated e-cigarettes and is the first ever trial to assess whether e-cigarettes are more or less effective than an established smoking cessation aid, nicotine patches, in helping smokers to quit traditional cigarettes. Comparing the e-cigarettes users to the research group who were using nicotine patches, the researchers found no difference in rates of occurrence of adverse health events overall, and no difference in serious adverse events.
