Following the UK government’s announcement on the 23rd of March of a nationwide lockdown, we want to reassure you that Liberty Flights warehousing, production and distribution facilities will remain open, this means, that at present we are still able to continue to serve you through our online store.
However, in accordance with the latest government advice and due to an increase in volume of orders the warehouse team is working split shifts during this unprecedented time, there may also be delays with our shipping partners and we can therefore no longer guarantee same day dispatch on orders or delivery times.
We are working round the clock to get every order out as quickly as possible but you may experience some delays and we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
We also want to reassure all our customers that we are taking all necessary steps to follow the World Health Organisation and local authority guidelines. Our priority is the safety of our customers, employees and partners.
We are operating in-line with advice from the World Health Organisation, UK Government and the MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency) to ensure that all appropriate health and hygiene measures are adhered to along with normal standards in place for manufacture.
The NHS (National Health Service) have said that there is no evidence that COVID-19 is spread through packages or letters, and both our couriers (Royal Mail and DHL) are introducing contactless signing procedures.We will continue to do our utmost to serve our customers to the highest standards possible throughout this entire period.
Shipping Services to Australia and New Zealand
Currently, we offer two shipping services and from time to time we run special free shipping offers.
Most Popular - Fast Shipping Service via DHL Express Courier (with parcel tracking)
Our fast shipping and tracking service is via DHL Express Couriers. Delivery time is approximately 3-5 standard business days, if you live in a regional or remote area please allow an extra 1-2 days in addition to the standard delivery time. DHL prefer you don't use a post office box as your order may be delayed a day or two.
DHL is a fast and traceable delivery option for those customers who need their orders delivered ASAP. The DHL Express service is $30 (AUD).
Will DHL leave my vape order if I’m not home?
Yes, but only if you specifically request this with DHL. Simply use the DHL notification service (available via their SMS or email notifications "DHL on Demand") to leave an "authority to leave" your parcel without a signature.
In general, if you're not home to receive your package at the time of delivery and you have not given an authority to leave the parcel, DHL will leave a delivery slip in your mailbox to notify you that they tried to deliver your parcel. You can then jump online and select from one of three options:
1. Redeliver to your shipping address the following day.
2. Have your parcel redirected to another address or business address.
3. Collect your parcel from the nearest DHL outlet or specified third party (e.g. Australia Post).
Standard Air Mail Postal Shipping Service via UK Royal Mail (no parcel tracking)
The standard postal service delivers to Australia and New Zealand within approximately 2-3 weeks, please allow at least 3-4 weeks if you live in Western Australia. Please consider the delivery time when you need to replenish your vaping supplies as we cannot guarantee the timeframes. Please also note there is no parcel tracking via this shipping service. The standard post shipping fee is $9.95 (AUD) excluding any free shipping offers.
All delivery times are an estimation only and are not guaranteed however we do all we can to get your order delivered in the fastest estimated timeframes. On occasion, there may be shipping delays due to peak orders, unexpected shipping issues with freight carriers and public holidays, which are listed below.
From 1 December and during the Christmas period please allow an extra 2 weeks for the standard postal shipping due to the busy Christmas postage rush.
All orders are fulfilled and shipped on standard business working days, Monday to Friday. Orders are currently not fulfilled on weekends or UK public holidays.
Our aim is to despatch all orders placed on or before 4pm Australian Eastern Standard time and 6pm New Zealand time on standard business days (Monday to Friday). Generally, all orders placed after these times are despatched the following business working day. From time to time there may be despatch delays due to unexpected peak order volumes.
Orders will not be processed/fulfilled until the following standard working/business day of these listed UK Public Holidays:

10 April - Good Friday
13 April - Easter Monday
8 May - Early May Bank Holiday (VE Day)
25 May - Spring Bank Holiday
31 Aug - Summer Bank Holiday
25 Dec - Christmas Day
28 Dec - Boxing Day (substitute day)
